terms & conditions

The terms and conditions outlined are designed to ensure that the customers of Dino Designs (The Company) can shop with confidence at dinodesigns.co.uk, we strive to provide products of the highest quality and design.

Pricing
All prices stated are GB pounds Sterling & exclude VAT, packaging and delivery charges to a single UK address. Prices may be subject to change without notice, however, we will only alter the price before your order is confirmed.

Overseas Customers
Overseas visitors are welcome to use our website, however, prices will include VAT which is a UK sales tax currently calculated at 20%, this may not be payable under certain circumstances, however, additional costs for delivery may be applied. You can contact Dino Designs via the website for assistance in this matter.

Payment
Our website will accept Paypal & all major credit and debit cards at the time of ordering. Orders sent through the post with covering cheques will not be processed until the payment has been cleared. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Order Acceptance
When an order is placed it will be treated as an offer to buy and once accepted we will send you a email confirmation quoting a unique reference number, at this point we are making a legal contract with you. There are occasions, if necessary, that we may refuse your order in which case we will advise you by email as soon as possible. On receipt of your email confirmation an opportunity will exist to check the details and correct any errors. The Company also reserves the right to contact various agencies to confirm identity or check credit rating.

Products & Availability
Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In the event of this situation occurring an estimated delivery time will be provided, or an alternative product offered. It should be noted that delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by Dino Designs to provide garments by a certain date. Every effort has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are provided by the manufacturers & are approximate for guidance only.

Delivery
Delivery is a single drop to a UK mainland address, deliveries to the Channel Islands will incur addition costs which will be advised by email. Enquiries from elsewhere are welcome, however, contact should be made to establish shipping costs. Deliveries within the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers whose normal delivery times are Monday to Friday 8.30am. to 5.00pm. Delivery outside these times can also be arranged, however, additional costs will be charged. All deliveries must be Goods Damaged in Transit signed for and it is advisable that you keep your delivery receipt.

Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods are securely packed and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately from time to time damage does occur in transit. In the event that your goods show obvious signs of transit damage please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the carton you must inform Vista Ties within 48 hours. In either case Dino Designs will arrange replacement garments as soon as possible.

Faulty Goods
We undertake that the goods will, in all material respects, comply with any general description which may be submitted to you, will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for normal usage. In the event that this is not the case, Dino Designs should be notified in writing of the fault within 7 days of their receipt.

Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from Dino Designs, no liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Dino Designs.

Cancellation
The Company will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed an artwork/origination cost plus a re-stocking charge will apply.

The conditions published above do not effect your statutory rights.

Embroidery

• details: extremely durable, excellent quality, adds a touch of class & increases the perceived value of clothing or accessories.
• colours: designs & logos can embroidered in up to 15 different embroidery colours.
• suitable for: all quantities of most garments, embroidered polo shirts, embroidered fleeces, embroidered hats, embroidered caps & embroidered bags etc.
• set up: an embroidery disc required for each embroidered design or different size of embroidered design.
• care: embroidery has excellent wash-ability & is dry cleanable, subject to the garment or accessory wash instructions.

Screen Print

• details: the oldest & probably the most versatile method of custom printing suitable for most garments or accessories.
• colours: designs & logos can printed in up to 10 different print colours for block prints, tonal & gradient prints.
• suitable for: all quantities of garments, printed polo shirts, printed t shirts, printed hoodies, printed sweatshirts, printed caps printed hi viz vest, printed bags etc. not suitable for fleeces.
• set up: a screen is required for each individual printed colour of a design or different size of printed design.
• care: machine or hand wash inside out @ 40℃, do not iron print & do not dry clean unless waterbased inks are used.

Vinyl Transfer Print

• details: durable & hard wearing, produces sharp quality prints with good artwork, transfers are out-putted via computer to a cutter then applied with a heat press.
• colours: designs & logos can printed in 1 colour or limited colours, layering different colours are used to achieve multi-coloured designs.
• suitable for: best for small to medium quantities of garments, great for numbering & names on sportswear, printed polo shirts, printed t shirts, printed hoodies, printed sweatshirts, printed caps printed hi viz vest, printed bags, not suitable for fleeces.
• set up: no set-up required, good artwork required for the best results, vector artwork (scaleable) for the best result or a decent quality 300 dpi. bmp, jpeg or pdf file at the size of print required.
• care: machine or hand wash inside out @ 40℃ some prints are washable @ 60℃, do not dry clean, do not iron print.

Digital Print

• details: covers dtg printing, vinyl print & cut transfers, inkjet & laser printed textile transfers & sublimation printing.
• colours: designs & logos can printed in full colour, single colours & multi-colours as the artwork determines, great for printing tones, gradients, photographs & graphics.
• suitable for: one offs, small, medium & large quantities, printed t shirts, printed polo shirts, printed hoodies, printed sweatshirts, printed caps printed hi viz vest, printed bags, not suitable for fleeces.
• set up: no set-up required, good artwork is required for the best results, a good quality 300 dpi. bmp, png, jpeg or pdf, file at the size of print required or a vector artwork (scaleable), other files are acceptable please contac us.
• care: machine or hand wash inside out @ 40℃, do not iron print, but may vary depending on printing method used.
